FOR A WEDDING-
Terms of service: Services are rendered to customers who have paid
their deposit prior to their event date. Zoned Entertainment agrees to
provide safe and secure musical entertainment for agreed times outlined
in contracts signed between Zoned Entertainment and said client. If for
any reason that Zoned Entertainment does not provide said services in a
safe and timely fashion the client would receive double their deposit
back.
Refund Policy: Customers will receive a refund of their deposit upon cancellation ONLY if equivalent client hires Zoned Entertainment for same date as canceler. Deposits are non-refundable except under this condition and condition outlined in terms of service.
Privacy Policy: All customers information will not be used in any manner other than direct correspondence with Zoned Entertainment. Information will not be sold, shared, or given in any manner. Information filled out on forms will be only used by Zoned Entertainment. By filling out forms on Zoned Entertainment you give Zoned Entertainment the right to contact you with promotions, giveaways, etc. At any time you may contact Zoned Entertainment to cease such correspondence. At no time will Zoned Entertainment allow other vendors to contact you without your permission. Upon hiring Zoned Entertainment you give us the right to use pictures of your event on our website or other marketing materials. At no time is Zoned Entertainment responsible for information that is unintentionally acquired by anyone via phishing, hacking, or irresponsibility due to anyone. Zoned Entertainment is bound only to Zoned Entertainments direct actions and all said policies stated in terms of service, refund policy, and privacy policy.
